Glue down laminate flooring is generally thought of as higher quality than the floating floor variety. If you have a small stain, apply acetone to a cotton swab and rub it over the stain until the glue is softened. The glue will loosen and you may find your laminate threshold popping up.

Give the acetone some time to soften the glue.
